1.Sunrise Farms
Sunrise Farms’ 75 acres of conservation space include 6 sites, two of which have a view of 50 miles.
A really peaceful location with ponds, animals, and disc golf. Excellent swimming, quite peaceful, and several treks right from your campsites.
Since Sunrise Farm’s conservation area only permits 4 campers per site, 2 of the Brookside Sites are near by where we have another half mile of river frontage and can accommodate larger parties.
The Sunrise Farm Sites 1 and 2 offer a ton of room and breathtaking vistas of Mount Monadnock that stretch for 50 miles. Other than the party string lights we supply, there are no houses nearby in the evening.

On the big, long space, Site 2 is ideal for camping in up to 20-foot trailers or numerous tents.

2. Louella S.’s Land
Former Dairy Farm but the milking & hay buildings destroyed many years Past.
The fields were mostly kept up until 2019, when Lee came up with the notion of basic camping. The property turns out to be great because each site makes you feel like the only campers there.
At each site, a picnic table for six people and a three-foot-diameter fire pit with an adjustable grill that flips out for open fire are new this year.
“Hot Shower” is another new item.

The lovely campsite is set on the site of a 38-acre old nursery and features gorgeous manicured gardens and populations of native mature oak, pine, and maple trees across its grounds.
