Purchase a bike from a merchant in New Hampshire or Vermont who is not on the list of participating retailers.

The e-bike you buy must have a 750w or less motor. This guarantees that the incentives are used for e-bikes rather than electric motorcycles.

4. Washington Electric CO-OP

Incentive amount is restricted to $200 or 50% of the purchase price; only available on new e-bike purchases.

• Valid until December 31, 2020, unless otherwise terminated or changed.

How can I earn my Vermont State ebike Incentive?

An applicant must acquire an eligible new or used vehicle from a partnering dealership or request a prepaid clean mobility card to be eligible for the incentive.

Rebate incentives will be added to the down payment of the car when claimed at a dealership, and funds will be delivered to dealerships following inspection and approval.

After final approval, users who claim a prepaid clean mobility card will get a “PEX” debit card in the mail.

A completed and signed Consumer Attestation Form is required for all applications.
